Fat Free Cake

| Ingredients |
1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
2 eggs
2 cups self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbls vanilla
1-2 cups, fat free milk, or water |

Directions |
Mix all ingredients and
pour into a 9x9 baking pan, sprayed with Mazola Butter Flavored spray.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees.
This cake is not only fat-free, but it is also moist and stays moist
for days.
Great for strawberry shortcake or blueberry shortcake. |
