In a large bowl, mix your hamburger, bread
crumbs, garlic salt, pepper, green pepper, onions or 1 pack Lipton onion soup mix. Form
into a loaf, place in pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small cup or bowl, mix honey and ketchup. Pour over the whole
loaf. Put 2 cups of water around meatloaf and bake for 1 hour, then slice the loaf, then
cook until done. Slicing the loaf after 1 hour helps to make sure it gets cooked all the
way through. |
